Necklace-an artifact in an ancient Roman style
"Un affresco - fresco One".

The culture of ancient Italy is always in my heart. The strongest impression - when I saw wall paintings in the excavations of the famous city of Pompeii...
And this necklace is absolutely new direction in my work. Here I recreated the effect of a fresco from the walls of the ancient majestic city.
This work from "scratch". Pendants and chain made it to me by hand from copper.
In the chain I used natural freshwater pearls, glass beads and sequins made of shells.
The chain length can be adjusted.
Fantasy portrait of a lovely resident of ancient Pompeii made me tempera colors with gold foil, gold powder, copper and gold colors. The basis of the pendant is copper that I processed the fire, coined edges and surface. Next, put the tile layer of nacre... A girl portrait made in the technique of fresco - tempera paints on wet basis, dried and covered with several layers of special lacquer - it creates a distinctive effect. I made this layered painting (in the end, worked out of 8 different layers).
A couple similar copper "coins", I added the lock icon is visible in the back. I really like the curve of a female neck, and when the head updo, ponytail or even a short hair - open gate allows you to see all the tenderness of this place... but if not see just like that, you certainly will see the one who allowed))) it's an artifact with a "secret".
